Ulhas Mandrawadkar is a seasoned CTO, teacher, and co-founder at Procedure, a company that prioritizes a strict DevOps culture and the use of the latest tools available. With over 12 years of relevant experience, Ulhas has a proven track record of success in the tech industry. Prior to co-founding Procedure, Ulhas worked as an early engineer at HyperTrack, where he developed location tracking SDKs for iOS and Android. He also designed and developed the HyperTrack Live app, which showcases the use case of the product. Ulhas simplified the installation of the SDKs by setting up a dependency manager, wrote unit tests and build scripts, and wrote tutorials and documentation with the usage of SDK for various use cases. He also interviewed prospective candidates and mentored junior team members. Before joining HyperTrack, Ulhas worked as a software engineer at OpenTable, where he integrated Chalo's payment module into the OpenTable application used by millions of users. He also wrote and maintained mobile backend APIs in Java and collaborated with product managers and designers to spec out payment features. Ulhas worked closely with the core iPhone in firefighting during critical releases and worked with the Apple marketing team to roll out secret features right in time for Apple events. Ulhas is proficient in several technologies, including CI/CD, Android, Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, Mobile, Backend, iOS, and Django.
