Ulyana Stepanovskaya is a Recruitment Lead (Engineering) at PandaDoc, a software company that offers a document automation platform. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Ulyana has worked as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at PandaDoc, where she has been responsible for the full cycle of recruiting activities, including pre-work with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding/offboarding. Ulyana is currently hiring for PandaDoc in Ukraine, Portugal, and Poland, and is looking for a range of specialists, including python/java/js developers, product managers, UX-designers, designers for marketing, and QA specialists. Ulyana holds a Specialist degree in Orientalistics (Middle Asia, Iran) from Belarusian State University, and has also studied Iranian/Persian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the University of Tehran and Qazvin University of Medical Sciences.
