Umang Agarwalla is a versatile and experienced Polyglot Engineer with over 3 years of relevant experience in the field of infrastructure, DevOps, and software engineering. Currently, he is working as a Systems DevOps Engineer at Salesforce, where he is part of the Core CRM Infrastructure Delivery team that powers Search, Fileforce, Databases, and other critical areas. Prior to Salesforce, Umang has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry, including Ola and Nutanix. At Ola, he worked as a Software Engineer, where he was responsible for managing and maintaining Hadoop Infra, Kafka Infra, Kubernetes Infra, EC2 Infra, and CI/CD. At Nutanix, as a Member Of Technical Staff, he helped build a Product Led Growth Engine called "Nutanix Test Drive," which enabled customers to experience the simplicity of the hybrid Multi-Cloud Stack right from their web browser. Umang holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VIT, where he gained a deep understanding of various technical concepts and tools. He also completed AISSCE (Grade 11th and 12th) from Delhi Public School, where he studied Science. As a tech enthusiast, Umang is proficient in various tech stacks, including infra, DevOps, Salesforce, software engineering, Search, Big Data, Hadoop, test, and web.
