Umesh Joshi is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and problem solver with more than two decades of relevant experience. He is currently the Co-Founder of Calibr, a B2B SaaS company that is building a Collaborative Learning Platform to help organizations build a future-ready workforce. Umesh is passionate about building products that solve real-world problems and has successfully launched two startups in the past. Prior to Calibr, Umesh served as the CPTO of Educational Initiatives, where he was responsible for the development of Mindspark, K12 Learning, and EdTech. He also co-founded Hush, a community for employees, where he raised $1.2M Seed fund and grew the user base to 2.5M monthly users. Hush was an Accel Portfolio Company and had both B2B and B2C offerings. Umesh is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where he completed his B.Tech in 1999. He also holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and completed an Executive Course on Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Umesh's technical expertise lies in AI and Senior Software Engineering. He is a problem solver at heart and enjoys collaborating with teams to build products that make a difference.
