Umesh Maharshi is a highly skilled software development engineer with a passion for machine learning and software development. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University, Umesh has designed and developed complex web applications from scratch using various frameworks. He is currently working at The Michaels Companies, Inc. as a software development engineer, where he is developing a React web application for portraying various data indicators. Umesh has a strong background in web development and has developed a web application using Angular, D3, Spring Security, Cassandra, and Solr that queries over a database containing over 40 million records. He has also written scripts for automating tasks using Python and shell scripts, which have improved the downtime of applications. During his free time, Umesh likes to answer questions on Stack Overflow, mostly related to JavaScript. He is passionate about working and developing innovative products, exploring new technologies and frameworks. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Umesh has worked with various organizations, including Aquent, where he worked as a software developer. Umesh has a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT and has a strong technical background in software engineering, web development, JavaScript, machine learning, Cassandra, Spring, Python, and AngularJS.
