Upasana Masih is a passionate and driven software engineer with a strong desire to learn and grow in her career. As a recent graduate from IIT Roorkee, she brings a fresh perspective and a hunger for knowledge to her work. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Byju's, Upasana is part of the School-OS team that focuses on improving the user experience for schools, principals, teachers, and students. She has also worked on Byju's TV Engagement Analytics, designing and creating APIs to improve data analysis. Upasana has a strong background in Django, MySQL, and Python, which she uses to write create functions and scripts to read data from CSV files. Prior to joining Byju's, Upasana gained valuable experience as a Software Developer Intern at Optimus Information, where she developed web applications using MVC Application development with Entity Framework. She has also been an active member of the Women's Volleyball team at IIT Roorkee, participating in the Inter IIT Sports Meet and securing first place in 2018 and 2019. Upasana holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, where she honed her skills in software engineering, web development, and backend development. She also has a strong foundation in UI and testing. With 0.53 years of relevant experience, Upasana is a quick learner who is passionate about using her skills for social good. She enjoys solving complex problems and discussing ideas, and is always eager to take on new challenges.
