Currently, Uri is the Director of Software Engineering at Jester Software, where he is responsible for software development. He works closely with the CEO and clients to understand their requirements and timelines, and then designs and architects solutions that meet those requirements. Uri also leads a remote team of developers, ensuring that they are working together cohesively to deliver great products on time. Uri has also worked for other companies, including Single Stop and Recruitics. At Single Stop, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer Consultant, while at Recruitics, he served as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Lead. At Recruitics, Uri was a principal contributor in the early-stage design, product fit, and architecture of a client-facing recruitment marketing analytics dashboard. He also designed and built a streaming CSV download framework that allows all data dimensions and filters to be fully downloaded. Uri has a C/C++ Unix Certificate from Pace University, where he studied programming. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.
