Urvashi Ratna is a Management Consulting Summer Analyst at Accenture Strategy, currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration from MDI, Gurgaon. With 19 months of work experience in the IT sector, Urvashi has worked with Boeing India Pvt. Ltd. and Wipro Ltd. as a Full Stack developer. During her tenure at Boeing, Urvashi was the primary technical resource for Boeing's Fault Isolation Template Tool, which generated manuals to handle faults in Boeing aircrafts. She actively collaborated with the onshore US team to meet goals and received recognitions for the same. Urvashi worked in a cross-functional team with diverse backgrounds and earned Scaled Agile Framework 4 Practitioner certification, where she learned planning and developing incrementally with built-in quality, and problem-solving impediments. Urvashi pursued Computer Science Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where she held the responsibility of being the Institute Badminton Captain. She obtained a CGPA of 7.39 out of 10 and represented BIT Women's badminton team in IIT Roorkee, MNIT Jaipur sports fest, where she bagged silver and gold medals respectively. Apart from her academic and professional achievements, Urvashi has also been a National Runner Up at Bond with Pidilite and a D2C Top 10 B-School Champion 2022. Currently, she is working as a Winter Intern at Riceland Foods Ltd. With her technical skills, cross-functional team experience, and leadership qualities, Urvashi is a driven individual who is passionate about learning and growing in the field of management consulting.
