Urvashi T. is an entrepreneurial technologist and engineering leader with over two decades of experience in consumer and enterprise platforms and applications. She has worked with renowned organizations such as ADP, Amex, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, hedge funds, academia, and startups. Currently, she is the Chief Technology Officer at ResMed, where she is responsible for global engineering teams for product strategy, design, architecture, development, delivery, and post-production support of highly scalable and reliable software systems and services. At ADP, Urvashi set up the Office of the CTO to lead the company's technology transformation, establish a long-term technology vision and strategy, converge user experience across the portfolio, rationalize tech stacks, build shared services, and modernize developer experience. At Amex, she streamlined product investments, built the leadership team, launched Amex-Amazon co-branded products for B2B, and embedded AI/ML capabilities into commercial products. Urvashi also led the launch of the mobile store worldwide and the evolution to a microservices architecture at the Audiobooks division of Amazon. She launched a platform for international expansion, led entry into the enterprise business, and built machine learning-enabled search traffic and marketing technology teams focusing on growth, engagement, and monetization. Earlier in her career, Urvashi worked on the Office platform and applications to deliver Office 365 and Exchange services at Microsoft and worked on the Rational line of products at IBM. She has held various engineering leadership roles at startups, academia, and in computer-aided manufacturing. Urvashi is passionate about delivering meaningful products to users, scaling teams and architecture, and building technology that eliminates barriers to business growth. She has been a speaker at conferences and events for ADP, Amex, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, and panelist, judge at events, hackathons, universities, particularly for tech talks, diversity in tech, and technology for social good. Urvashi holds a Master of Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Business Administration from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU), and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidhayalaya. She is well-versed in ML, AI, microservices, search, mobile, and senior software engineering and has 22.30 years of relevant experience.
