Urvee Ranade is a highly motivated Enterprise Developer with around 15 years of technology experience in Investment Banking and Insurance domains in Delivery and Leadership roles. She is currently the Acting Head of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) department India, and double-hatting as the Global Head of Sales Voice Trading Platform, where she runs a Multi-Year, Multi-Million, Regulatory, Future State Architecture, Strategic Platform designed to capture voice trades across Fixed Income and FX products. Urvee has cultivated a DevOps mindset with every individual to achieve organizational KPIs, banking on individual strengths, and rewarding their own careers. She has organically grown a 1-member team into a self-sufficient team of 45+ IB Technologists across Hong Kong, India, Poland, United Kingdom, and Canada, spearheading numerous innovation projects, including the introduction of NLP, Bots, DLT, external connectivity, that resulted in Sales efficiency. Urvee is also a Google #IamRemarkable Facilitator - Gold, having conducted over 15 workshops with more than 100 participants globally, with individual score 4.9, where 98% participants feel confident in their jobs and careers after attending her workshop. As a Diversity Ambassador, she drives various initiatives locally and globally. In the past, Urvee has worked with Capita India Private Ltd as a Consultant, where she was a single point of contact for sharing the Insurance product knowledge – Elixir to team members, keeping synchronization between the Contractor team and Capita India Private Ltd, sharing knowledge with new joiners, and practicing peer reviews for code quality. She has also worked with Siddhi Catering Services as a Deputy, where she was instrumental in managing inventory, accounts, execution, and client relationships. Siddhi Catering Services supplied Modak, Puran Poli, and many other delicacies to leading retail brands for over 5 years. Urvee holds a BSC in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an ANIIT from NIIT University. She is well-versed in NLP and DevOps.
