Usha Jamadagni is a dynamic and accomplished IT executive with over 25 years of proven leadership experience in a global environment. She is currently the Managing Director at Accenture Technology in India, leading the Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure group. Usha has held several leadership roles with global organizations in both the United States and India, including Vice President of Managed Services at Atos (formerly Xerox Business Services). Usha is passionate about people development and is an out-and-out people’s person. She is an executive sponsor of Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and is dedicated to driving the agenda forward. Usha has excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to mentor and inspire team members and peers to meet high standards. Usha holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mysore University and a master’s degree in Computer Science from PACE University, New York. She is also a fashionista and Mrs. India pageant finalist. In her spare time, she does fashion shows, ramp walks, and modeling for boutique designer houses. Usha is also a fitness enthusiast and has been featured in Shenomics India's #100MindfulWomen Series. As a Infrastructure and Cloud services delivery lead, Usha is responsible for all phases of ITO life cycle. She manages and leads multiple large Information Technology engagements and is in charge of contractual obligations, customer satisfaction, and operations delivery. Usha's past experiences include being the Vice President of Managed Services at Atos IT Services and the Manager of Services at Sterling Commerce, AT&T Company. Usha has a wealth of experience in client relationship management, account management, and heading SDM practice. Usha's tech stack includes infra and designer, and she has 29.61 years of relevant experience. Usha is a highly accomplished executive with a passion for people development, inclusion and diversity, and fashion.
