Ustatleen Kaur is an experienced Frontend Engineer with a strong background in the consumer services industry. With over 4 years of relevant experience, she has demonstrated expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Reactjs. Currently, she is serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Camp K12 where she leads a team of 7 frontend developers. In her current role, Ustatleen has built the CampK12 website using NextJS, React, Styled Components, Cypress Testing Library, HTML, and CSS with Pagespeed optimizations, SEO optimizations, and I18n translations support. She has also worked with route management using AWS Cloudfront and Lambda. Prior to her current role, Ustatleen served as a Senior Software Engineer at Gradeup Gradestack Learning where she led a team of 6 frontend developers. She developed web applications in NextJs and ReactJs with integration of GraphQL, Server Side Rendering, SEO optimizations, Pagespeed optimizations, and Cross Browser compatibility. She also implemented website support for AMP using different AMP components like accordion, state management, analytics, etc. Additionally, she created a PWA for the sales team to manage leads, thereby increasing the conversion rate to 15%. She worked with technologies like GA, Clevertap, and Google Tag Manager. Before that, Ustatleen worked as a Software Developer at Jugnoo where she developed CMS dashboards for managing the fleet and deliveries/food orders using AngularJs and REST APIs. She also implemented real-time tracking of the fleet using Leaflet Maps and MQTT. Ustatleen holds a PGDBM degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from NMIMS and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication from PEC University of Technology.
