Utkarsh Bhatt is an accomplished Software Engineer with a passion for problem-solving. With over 3 years of relevant experience, he has worked on multiple projects in the healthcare, networking, and distributed computation domains. As an open-source enthusiast and polyglot programmer, Utkarsh has contributed to both open-source and proprietary projects. Apart from his professional pursuits, Utkarsh has actively participated in various events and activities. He has been a part of Robotron, an annual robotics competition at NITS, and many entrepreneurial activities both locally and externally organized. Utkarsh has also represented Roghaari Healthtech LLP at Smart Fifty, an event organized by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and Department of Science and Technology India, where his team emerged as one of the top 400 startups in India. Currently, Utkarsh works as an Associate Software Engineer at Canonical, where he is involved in developing an open-source unified storage solution called Ceph. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Software Developer at Huawei and an Embedded System Developer at IoTBits. At IoTBits, he developed hardware-independent drivers for popular sensors and worked on GUI libraries for TFT displays. Utkarsh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from National Institute of Technology Silchar and a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Science from Modern Public School. As a software engineer, Utkarsh is proficient in various technologies and programming languages. His tech stack includes software engineering, and he is a quick learner who adapts easily to new technologies and programming languages.
