Utkarsh Dayal is a highly experienced Technical Lead with over 7 years of experience in software engineering. He is skilled in Scrum Agile Product Development lifecycle and has a proven track record of developing scalable, distributed, and dynamic technology solutions that prioritize ease of implementation and user experience. Utkarsh has worked with MNCs, Government Organizations, MSMEs, and Start-Ups, translating their business needs into enterprise success. Currently, Utkarsh is working as a Technical Lead at mPokket, where he is responsible for developing and managing the technical aspects of the company's products. Prior to this, he worked at aTechnos as a Tech Lead of a team of software engineers that developed Virtex - a Customizable Virtual Events Platform from ground up. The platform has till now hosted 110 events, impacting various industries like Security, IT, Education, Legal, Government bodies, etc. and engaging 300K users. The platform handled 30k concurrent users at peak hours in mission-critical events. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at aTechnos. Utkarsh has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, where he studied from 2009 to 2013. He completed his Higher Secondary education in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2008.
