Utkarsh Marathe is a skilled software engineer with over 6 years of experience in the field. He is currently working at Dassault Systèmes as a Java Backend developer, where he focuses on PLM backend and Lifecycle management of Simulations. Utkarsh has extensive experience in the field of Systems engineering and PLM, and has recently started his endeavours in the field of Data Science. Utkarsh's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune Vidhyarthi Griha's College of Engineering and Technology, as well as a Master's degree in Data Science from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes. He is well-versed in a range of technologies and tools, including Java, Backend development, Data Science, and UI development. In addition to his current role at Dassault Systèmes, Utkarsh has also worked as a Trainee at 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited. He has also completed an academic project for the development of a stand-alone independent Finite Element Analysis software with pre-processor, solver, post-processor, as well as UI development for stress concentration analysis of a 2D plate with holes in it. The holes can be added, edited, and removed as per user needs, and the shape of holes can be elliptical or circular.
