Utkarsh Pandit is a skilled DevOps Engineer with over 3.5 years of experience in automating and optimizing software development and deployment processes. He has a deep understanding of infrastructure as code and is proficient in using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible to build and maintain scalable and reliable systems. Currently working as a DevOps Engineer at ScaleGrid, Utkarsh has implemented continuous integration and delivery pipelines, leading to faster and more frequent releases with fewer errors. He is also experienced in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production environments. In addition, Utkarsh has worked on ScaleGrid-CLI, a command-line utility written in Python and published as a Python package to use ScaleGrid's APIs for all the database utilities. He has also automated daily manual test runs using terraform, Jenkins, and Python scripting. Prior to his current role, Utkarsh worked as a DevOps Engineer at Monsoon CreditTech, where he used Azure services like Virtual Machines, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, AKS, ACS, Storage Accounts, Azure CLI, and Custom Images. He created CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and deployed containers and container orchestration for clients using Azure Containers Service and Azure Kubernetes Service. Utkarsh also used terraform to automate VM creation and terraform's provisioner to automate VM's internal infrastructure configuration. He configured, automated, and deployed Ansible to automate infrastructure maintenance and configuration. He set up Monsoon's private pypi-server to store project-specific python packages and created an automated workflow around this pypi-server. Utkarsh is a Bachelor of Technology graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the LNM Institute of Information Technology. He also completed his Higher Secondary Education from Saint Paul's Senior Secondary School.
