Utkarsh is an experienced IT professional with a background in Software Testing and Software Quality Assurance. With over 5.7 years of experience, he has worked on all stages of the Software testing life-cycle (STLC) to find early bugs in the code. He has a high level of flexibility, enabling him to adapt to the challenges inherent in working with a global team. Utkarsh has experience with Hybrid (Agile & Waterfall) Testing Methodology and is familiar with CI/CD and DevOps philosophy, processes, and tools. He also has working knowledge of Tableau Business Intelligence tool. He is experienced in manual testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, API Load testing using JMeter, and manual API testing using Postman. Utkarsh has experience with Java Selenium UI Automation using Cucumber BDD and Protractor UI automation using the Page Object Model approach. He has also worked on creating the Cypress UI automation framework and has created Jenkins pipeline for the same and done BitBucket integration. Currently, Utkarsh is working as an Automation Support Engineer at browserstack. Prior to this, he worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at metacube software, where he worked on two projects, USEReady's Pixel Perfect and SAGE CLARITY. He has also worked as a Software Test Engineer at Amdocs, where he supported the U-verse line of telecom services, DTV, HBO Max, and tested Amdocs made products such as CRM, OMS, EPC, Enabler, etc. Other applications tested include the AT&T retail web app Opus. Utkarsh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Arya Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur. He also has a Higher Secondary degree from Mahaveer Public School and a Secondary degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Math from the same institution. His technical skills include test, UI, QA, Selenium, CI/CD, Java, Jenkins, DevOps, Integration, SDET, Web, and JavaScript.
