Utkarsh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, where he graduated in 2021. He also holds a Graduation degree from Moti Ram Arya Senior Secondary School and a Matriculation degree from St. Kabir Public School.
