Utsav Chatterjee is an experienced HR Business Partner at Deloitte USI, specializing in Compensation planning and deployment, Performance Management design and deployment, and Workforce planning for fiscal budgeting. He has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology. Before joining Deloitte, Utsav worked with Exide Industries Ltd. in Plant Operations, Central Production Planning & Control, and Supply Chain of Automotive Batteries across 9 Manufacturing facilities and 15+ Regional Logistic Centers pan-India. He has also won several accolades as an avid quizzer, including the Tata Crucible Business Quiz. As an HR Business Partner at Deloitte, Utsav leads HRBP for Operations Transformation Consulting Practice, Compensation planning and review as per Business Strategy for practitioners, Performance Management planning and process implementation, Headcount based leverage analysis and monitoring for the practice, Bonus packages based budgeting and scenario analysis incorporating market trends, and continuous process improvements in reporting and insights generation for Leadership’s decision making including predictive insights. He also designs and executes compensation-based retention strategy for Core Business Operations practice (Portfolio), leads implementation of revamped performance management system in portfolio, and creates a platform to enhance the effectiveness of Deployment for USI-Risk and Financial Advisory practice. Utsav has a strong educational background, having completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalayas and a Master of Arts degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has relevant experience of 7.69 years and has worked with Deloitte in various roles, including Senior Analyst and Summer Intern.
