He is currently involved mostly in activities to source for the top two telcos - Reliance Jio (Mukesh Ambani Venture) and Airtel - Bharti Group. Utsav has also served as the Managing Director at eMatrix Solutions, where he achieved the best match between talents in the market space and employers as seamlessly and efficiently as possible. He has successfully placed hundreds of individuals with leading organizations, and some 80% of their business comes from longstanding clients.
