Uttam Bhatta is a Senior Technology Leader with over 14 years of global IT experience and expertise in building highly complex, scalable, and distributed on-premises and cloud-based systems. He is currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Kony, where he leads multiple engineering teams to deliver Business Banking Product and is responsible for Product Roadmap, Release planning, Product Management, and Engineering (development and testing). Uttam has a deep understanding of Kony's product portfolio and is involved in the roadmap design of the Kony omni-channel platform. He has also implemented Agile and DevOps best practices and rolled out a very efficient agile practice. He manages activities between cross-functional teams, higher management, and evangelist customers. Uttam's technical skills include AWS Cloud, DevOps, Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, and Java. He has previously worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Kony, where he was responsible for portfolio management of Kony Products and worked closely with leadership teams, including Engineering Directors, Architects, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders during the software development lifecycle to track product release and accountable to release Product as per release criteria. Uttam has also served as a Technical Program Manager at Kony, where he implemented Agile practices and DevOps culture for the Kony product organization to automate deployment. Uttam holds a BTech degree in ECE and Mobile Technology from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. His TechStack includes DevOps, AWS, Spark, test, product manager, Java, Hadoop, and Software Engineer. Uttam has 16.22 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
