Uttam Takalkar is an experienced Manager of Software Engineering at Synacor, with a background in product management, technical project management, solution architect, and web programming/development. Uttam is an expert in Agile methodology and has worked on various projects related to Insurance products, including Auto insurance, Life insurance, and Home insurance. He is currently working as a Technical Project lead for the Insurance products team at Synacor, where he is responsible for delivering quality clicks, leads, and selling policies online. He also participates in business ideas development, analysis, and feasibility evaluation, as well as architectural/performance/technical analysis and preparing the architecture and technical design.
