Uttam Undale is an experienced Engineering Leader with a focus on DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Uttam has a proven track record of architecting enterprise and web applications with a focus on managing large-scale environments within both private and public cloud architectures. Uttam is skilled in building, developing, and managing high-performing DevOps and SRE teams to meet the needs of rapidly growing businesses in an ever-changing technology landscape. Uttam's expertise lies in implementing agile and cost-effective methodologies, observability, incident management, troubleshooting, continuous integration/delivery, infrastructure as code, and configuration management. Currently, Uttam serves as the Senior Engineering Manager for DevOps, SRE, and DevSecOps at Zeta. In this role, Uttam is responsible for leading the DevOps and SRE teams to ensure the successful implementation of agile methodologies and observability practices. Prior to this, Uttam served as the Engineering Manager for DevOps at Zeta and the Engineering Manager for Cloud Infrastructure at Rakuten. Uttam holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Hirasugar Institute of Technology, Nidasoshi. Uttam's technical expertise includes SRE, DevOps, Senior Software Engineering, AWS, CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure, GCP, infra, integration, and web.
