Vadim Ivanou is a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer currently working at Parkmobile LLC. With over 14 years of relevant experience in the field, Vadim has developed a diverse skill set that includes expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, Python, ECS, dotNET, ASP.NET, Redux, frontend, web, and AngularJS. Vadim has worked with various companies in the past, including Videa LLC and EPAM Systems, where he held positions such as Software Architect and Lead Software Maintenance Engineer, respectively. At Videa LLC, Vadim was responsible for designing and building various applications using Go, C# (.NET Core), and Python. He also played a key role in the migration of monolithic architecture to a microservice-based architecture and introduced and implemented container orchestration tools such as DCOS (marathon+mesos) and Kubernetes (EKS on AWS). Additionally, Vadim introduced and implemented the Istio service mesh in Kubernetes and built a custom control plane for Envoy proxy to enable better load balancing and application management in AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service). Vadim has designed and built services using the gRPC framework using various programming languages such as Go, C# (.NET Core), and Python. He has also designed and built web applications using ASP.NET Core with frontend frameworks and tools like React/Redux and Angular. Vadim has implemented distributed tracing of microservices using DataDog and OpenTracing libraries.
