Prior to joining Movate, Vagdevi worked as an Executive Talent Acquisition at Indegene and as a Lead Recruitment Analyst at Gallop4u Staffing Solutions. At Gallop4u, she was responsible for mentoring a team of seven people while also being an individual contributor. Her job entailed understanding the requirements of clients from various start-ups and product firms for different positions, hunting for candidates from LinkedIn and other online portals, and scheduling interviews. She also maintained a cordial relationship with candidates and ensured a smooth communication flow between the client and candidate. Vagdevi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from East West University, which she completed in 2017.
