Vageesh Bhasin is a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University. His research interests include Robotics with AI, Machine Learning, and Web technologies. Vageesh is also passionate about Tech-based entrepreneurial ventures and has extensively used resources and opportunities at ASU to learn and sharpen his skills. Vageesh has contributed significantly to the Graduate Research Associate for FACT Project, where he built a web-based intelligent tutoring system to help middle and high school math teachers. He was also the project lead for ADRA (Semi-Autonomous Disaster Relief Assistants), representing ASU at Intel-Cornell Cup 2015, where they were the co-winners of 2nd prize at the competition finals at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. Before starting his graduate studies, Vageesh worked as a Software Engineer for 3 years. He worked on interesting projects such as a Web application for remotely testing other web applications and an automation tool for uploading test results to application lifecycle management tools. He has also worked as a Web developer freelance and given public and corporate presentations on technical topics like full-stack web application development, webRTC, real-time communication, etc., using Node.js. Currently, Vageesh is working as an Intern at mothersonsumi, where he is trained on Computer Network – Administration and Networking Components. He has also developed a mini-project on Issue tracking system and trained on ‘Issue Reporting and Resolving Systems'. Vageesh has worked with companies like Infosys and Mindfire Solutions in the past. At Infosys, he planned and designed application testing documents and performed data integration testing activities for client's compensation engine using UNIX Scripting and SQL. At Mindfire Solutions, he designed and developed Automation Testing Framework using JAVA, JAVA Swings, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript for performing, scheduling, maintaining, and reporting of Testing activities for Web Applications. Vageesh has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and completed his Senior Secondary Education from St. Columba's School. He has also completed various courses from Coursera. Vageesh has expertise in Software Engineering, Web development, testing, Research Scientist, AI, NodeJS, Javascript, ML, AWS, Mobile, and infra.
