Vageesha G.P is a dynamic Presales Manager with over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently, she is serving as a Senior Presales Manager at Greytip Software, where she handles over 600 presales queries every month. Vageesha is responsible for analyzing business requirements and enabling the sales team to find solutions, including workarounds and third-party solutions. She intervenes in complex projects and enterprise deals to lead the presales phase and has closed 160 enterprise projects in the last four years. Vageesha is also responsible for collecting, collating, and communicating market demand to the product management team every week. Vageesha provided ongoing support and training for two years to three significant customers and ensured customer expectations were fulfilled. She interfaced with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure that requirements are understood, expectations are managed, and change is initiated. Vageesha also worked as a Team Lead Implementation at Greytip Software, where she planned, executed, and supported more than 300 Folklore HR Suite (HR ERP) projects for seven years across India. She worked on 150 projects as a competent individual contributor and managed delivery timelines and quality of service delivery. Vageesha hired, trained, and nurtured more than 20 engineers across the period. She owned and managed enterprise systems of medium to large organizations and executed tasks like data analysis, business rules study and parameterization, data migration, and integration.
