Vaibhao T. is a highly experienced Software Engineer with over 11 years of experience in the industry. Currently working with Microsoft as a Software Engineer, Vaibhao is responsible for developing software for Azure SQL. In his current role, he has gained expertise in SQL, Azure, and QA. Prior to joining Microsoft, Vaibhao worked with Sybase Software as a Software Engineer. Here he was part of the Database Kernel team of flagship database product, Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE). He was responsible for ongoing development projects, fixing issues reported by the QA team, handling customer reported escalated issues, and mentoring new hires and interns. Vaibhao also worked on the High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HADR) project where he was completely responsible for design, development & maintenance of Fault Manager (FM) component of HADR. He also worked on performance analysis & improvement project of the newly released threaded kernel mode. Vaibhao has also worked with IIT Bombay as a Research Assistant, Computer Center, where he was responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire hostel network of IIT Bombay, having around 14 Hostels with 200 Cisco Switches & housing around 8000 inmates. He was also a System Administrator for Microsoft MSDNAA, maintaining 3 MSDNAA servers, which distributed licenses for Microsoft products to IITB Academia. Vaibhao has a Master's degree in Computer Networks, Cloud Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Eng & Technology, Nanded. Vaibhao's technical skills include expertise in Software Engineering, SQL, Azure, QA, and Research Science.
