Vaibhav Kumar Ratnesh is a self-made and self-motivated Software Engineer currently working at BEL, a Ministry of Defence company under the Government of India. He is also an Executive and a GATE 2022(CS) Qualified professional with relevant experience of 2.36 years. Vaibhav strongly believes that hard work can beat talent if talent will not work hard, which has been his guiding principle throughout his career. Vaibhav's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Meghalaya, which he will complete in 2022. He has also completed a Summer Internship Program at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur and an Engineering: Undergraduate & Masters Asia Virtual Experience Program at Microsoft. Currently, Vaibhav is pursuing a Summer Internship at Power System Operation Corporation Ltd, where he is gaining valuable experience in his field of expertise.
