Vaibhav Agrawal is a seasoned engineering leader with over 14 years of experience building tech stacks from scratch, which are mobile-first. He has extensive experience in building, leading, and managing engineering teams, with a demonstrated ability to deliver best-in-class, high-performing products with attention to detail. Currently, Vaibhav is the Director of Engineering at nurture.farm, where he leads the entire gamut of seven mobile apps and five web portals. Along with it, he has an additional responsibility of QA org along with mobile and web teams. His work is horizontal, which cuts across the entire company. Prior to his current role, Vaibhav was the Associate Director of Engineering at nurture.farm, where he hired highly skilled Mobile and Web engineers from scratch and helped them build highly performant mobile apps with server-driven UI and OTA updates. He built a team of 30+ frontend and mobile developers, led the architectural decisions for frontend and mobile app, planned tech roadmap, and owned the delivery. He worked closely with engineering leads/managers, product and design teams, and held regular meetings with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and solve them with Tech. Before joining nurture.farm, Vaibhav worked as a Software Development Engineer-4 at Flipkart, where he led a team of engineers to enhance the user experience of the Lifestyle and Beauty sections. He built a video platform to play the quiz on top of playing the video, which shows up at the appropriate time. He also worked on playing live-stream content like news. He set up the Jenkins pipeline from scratch to build the mobile app, which was further enhanced to run unit tests and several other validations on every merge request. He conceptualized and built an AB test framework on the app to enable new experiments quickly and set up Firebase perf monitoring to get various vitals and acted on them. Vaibhav holds a Master's degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Institute of Technology & Management. He has also completed his schooling from Saraswati Shishu Mandir Senior Secondary School and MG Inter College, Gorakhpur. Vaibhav's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, Web, Frontend, QA, UI, Software Engineer, test, and Jenkins.
