Vaibhav Andhare is a self-taught mobile application developer with a passion for developing applications using different technologies that have minimal design and great functionality. He has won the first prize of the Smart India Hackathon 2020 - Software Edition (Airport Authority of India - Knowledge Management System through Blockchain) and 2019 - Software Edition (NCORD Healthcare - Marathi Language support in smartphone pluggable library). Vaibhav is currently working as a Software Developer at e-zest solutions, where he is responsible for developing android applications for the customer application (CMA) of Enrich salon ERP and e-Commerce project. He has also worked on the Technician application (TMA) of Enrich Salon, where he used third-party libraries and custom libraries to meet the requirements and delivered them before the deadline. In his previous role as a Trainee Software Engineer at e-zest solutions, Vaibhav worked on the development of Apache Superset (SuperEST) customized plugin charts and created multiple dashboards with suitable themes according to datasets. He integrated several charts such as population pyramid chart, bar chart race, radar timeline, pareto, pictorial chart, etc., using dynamic data with other customizations. He also integrated animated world maps and country-specific charts. As a Team Leader at Smart India Hackathon, Vaibhav led a team that developed a web-based application using blockchain technology for the Airport Authority of India. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering, Management and Research, Pune, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Management from NMIMS Global. He has expertise in software engineering, android development, mobile development, React Native, blockchain, and web development. With 1.19 years of relevant experience, Vaibhav is a driven and ambitious individual who is always looking for new challenges to enhance his skills and knowledge.
