Vaibhav Bajpai is a diligent Renewable Energy Professional with over 6 years of experience in the installation and execution of solar power plants. He completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from MNNIT, Allahabad and is currently working as a Deputy Engineer for Solar Projects at Bharat Electronics Ltd. in Bengaluru. In his current position, Vaibhav is responsible for executing projects for solar power energy generation to drive greater utilization of processes and procedures. He is an expert in execution of breakthrough and incremental improvement of solar projects within the facility and drives projects through to completion. He is also responsible for designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods and carrying out routine maintenance work. Vaibhav is an effective communicator in interpersonal relations and has analytical team-building skills with proficiency in grasping new concepts quickly. He has excellent knowledge of PV SYST, Helioscope, SketchUp, ETAP & AutoCAD software for conducting all essential tests required in entire Solar Project Execution. He is also good at project costing and tendering document preparation. In his previous roles, Vaibhav has worked as a Project Engineer at CTARA IIT Bombay where he performed Energy Audit of Northern & Southern Distribution utility of Haryana & agricultural feeders of MSEDCL(DISCOM utility of Maharashtra) under the guidance of Dr. Priya Jadhav. He has also worked as an Executive at Tata Power Delhi Distribution Utility where he worked with Line Distance Relay Project and Lightening Arrestor(LA) Health Monitoring project. Vaibhav has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from MNNIT, Allahabad. He has relevant experience of 9.61 years and is proficient in the tech stack of "test".
