Vaibhav Bansal is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in software development, hardware integration, and marketing. He is a VR, AR, and 3D Visualization Evangelist who specializes in simplifying complex and tedious workflows with 3D visualization. Vaibhav has worn multiple hats in his career, delivering value in consultation, solution design, product development, and delivery. He is currently the Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at exxar, a 3D meeting platform that helps enterprises reduce the need for physical travel and equipment for business processes like training, sales, service, and product design. Exxar enables digital transformation of these workflows by replacing physical meetings with digital meeting environments, data, communications, and interactions. Vaibhav is responsible for overseeing the engineering team and ensuring that the platform is easy to use and delivers realistic meeting environments, interactions with objects and data integrations, which are not possible with video conferencing solutions. Previously, Vaibhav worked as the VP of R&D and Marketing at Vizexperts, where he delivered multiple projects for single and multi-user GIS and PLM environments with various HMI, including Virtual Reality HMDs, multi-channel edge-blended, 3D stereo displays, and caves with motion tracking systems and haptics. He has also worked as a product designer, senior software engineer, and software engineer, with expertise in integration, mobile, and web technologies. Vaibhav is a graduate of IIT with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. He also attended Mayur School Ajmer. Vaibhav's passion for immersive technologies has driven him to deliver multiple standalone and collaborative applications of immersive technologies varying from data visualization, design review, training, and edutainment. He is dedicated to solving complex problems with simple methods and setting up processes for new leaders and teams to be independent and complete.
