Vaibhav Bhuwan is a data engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He is a tech geek, smart worker, and quick and avid learner, who is capable of handling projects end-to-end. Vaibhav is a team player with the ability to handle and deliver equally well in unfavorable situations. Currently, Vaibhav works as a Data Engineer at Riversand, where he is involved in multiple projects. One of the projects he works on is the Reporting Project, which is built on the Riversand MDM platform. The aim of the project is to provide insights into data, including data acquisition, data cleansing, data processing and transformation, persisting to the database, and visualizing on UI. Vaibhav designed and implemented this project from scratch using technologies such as Azure Databricks, Azure Eventhub, Azure Blob Storage, Microsoft SQL, PySpark, Pandas, DBFS, Sisense, and Github. He is also involved in research and POCs ranging from technical to cost optimization POCs, as well as in building a Migration Validation Tool. Prior to joining Riversand, Vaibhav worked as a Software Engineer at Zaloni, where he contributed to the Healthcare Client Project. The project aimed to validate, manage, and process millions of records daily. Vaibhav worked on various existing parts of the project and contributed by adding and enhancing many significant features using technologies such as Hive, Spark SQL, Hadoop, Java, and Shell Script. Vaibhav also worked as a Software Development Intern at Oracle, where he worked on the Oracle Fusion Middleware 12C project. He developed JUnit test cases for the application based on the architecture, process, and data flow of existing codes written by other developers. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology. He also has a High School degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City, and a Matriculation degree in Science from DAV Public School, Pusauli.
