Vaibhav Gandotra is a Software Engineer at CoinSwitch, with a strong background in electronics and instrumentation. Prior to this, Vaibhav worked as an Intern-Data Science, Data Insights at BNY Mellon, where he developed the backend code for a dashboard to track the performance of business segments. He also used NLP to identify anomalies in issue tagging and did sentiment analysis. Vaibhav used regression models for benchmarking the target for issue closing and identified phrases using various Python libraries, probabilistic models, and mathematical statistics. He has also worked as an Intern-Software Engineering, Enterprise Solutions R&D at Samsung, where he worked with the team on malware detection using ML and identified various contexts leading to malicious behavior of Android applications in Samsung Galaxy phones. Vaibhav has a strong educational background, with a B.E. (Hons.) degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also holds an All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination from B.S.B.M School, New Delhi, and completed his schooling at Bal Vikas School, Panipat.
