Vaibhav Ghadge is an experienced backend engineer with a passion for architecting software solutions on any platform. Currently working as a Software Engineer 2 at Helpshift, Vaibhav has previously worked at Agrostar as a Software Development Engineer. During his time at Agrostar, Vaibhav built a post recommendation system that showed more user-related posts, considering 12 different parameters. He also built a real-time component designed especially for weak, intermittent mobile connections. Vaibhav shipped multiple iterations of the recommendation system with a huge emphasis on metrics, and worked closely with product managers, CEO, and stakeholders to analyze the metrics and figure out the future direction of the product. Vaibhav's technical expertise includes Golang, Python, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Flask, Docker, Microservices, and Postgres. He has a Master of Computer Applications degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science at Pune University.
