Vaibhav Jain is a Senior Software Engineer at Ninja Van, currently working with the PUDO and Station teams as an engineer and team lead. With a primary interest in software design and architecture, as well as database internals, Vaibhav is also interested in SRE, DevOps, and data engineering. Outside of work, Vaibhav enjoys mentoring upcoming engineers, attending meetups and conferences, and reading books and research papers. He is currently pursuing a specialization in Computing Systems as a CS Grad Student at Georgia Tech (OMSCS). During his time at Ninja Van, Vaibhav has contributed significantly to the company's success, including building the Dp Management Service, adding support for POST orders in Thailand, and improving on-time parcel delivery success to PUDO points. He has also introduced caching layers for frequently accessed DB entities, presented PMD to the team, and came up with the plan to implement InfoSec practices in the team. Vaibhav has also mentored people for fun in software engineering through ADPList. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JIIT and completed his High School Education at Sumermal Jain Public School. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, with an expected graduation date of 2025. Vaibhav's tech stack includes software engineering, SRE, data engineering, research science, and DevOps. With 2.27 years of relevant experience, Vaibhav is always up for discussing anything related to tech and is active on Github, Twitter, and ADPList.
