Vaibhav Kamthan is a seasoned General Manager with over 19 years of experience in project management and agile transformations. He currently serves as the General Manager of the Project Management Office of the CTO at Schneider Electric, where he facilitates prioritization, measures and improves portfolio execution, and accelerates growth in core markets of products and systems. Vaibhav is also responsible for expanding software interoperability scope by diversifying connected offers and automating processes. Prior to his current role, Vaibhav served as an Associate General Manager at Schneider Electric, where he was responsible for agile portfolio management and product development. He was also the Board of Change (BOC) and PMO Leader, and played a key role in portfolio strategic alignment and delivering business growth. Vaibhav has extensive experience in product outsourcing and co-development, and has differentiated his work with customer-centric tools while ensuring quality through independent automated QA. In his previous role as a Senior Project Manager at Schneider Electric, Vaibhav aligned project and programs in the portfolio with organizational strategic objectives and priorities. He defined high-level portfolio roadmaps with key stakeholders, provided portfolio governance models, and established consistent practices to support effective decision-making and achieve strategic goals. Vaibhav also engaged stakeholders and business leaders to ensure portfolio awareness and foster support and collaboration for the portfolio roadmap. Vaibhav holds a Senior Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal. He has a strong technical background as a Senior Software Engineer and QA professional.
