He has consulted startups to hire teams in a cost-effective way and has knowledge of building a team from scratch to 200+. Vaibhav has worked with startups from India, US, Indonesia, and Singapore and has versatile experience of recruiting for different domains and technology stacks. Currently, Vaibhav is a Consulting Recruiter at Fiddler.ai, responsible for building Fiddler.ai's India office. Fiddler.ai is a Series-B funded startup based in Palo Alto and has raised $47 Million so far. Vaibhav has also worked as a Team Builder at Vauld and a Leadership Recruiter at Leadsquared, where he was responsible for hiring smart engineers. Vaibhav has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ITM and completed his XII from Kendriya Vidyalaya in PCMB. He is skilled in AI, Web3, Blockchain, DevOps, Backend, and Senior Software Engineering.
