Vaibhav Krishna is a DevOps Manager at FalconX with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. He is a strong believer in the "theory of constraints" and is passionate about everything related to DevOps, SRE, Agile, FinOps, Project, and people management. Vaibhav has a proven track record of building and re-building teams and practices, driving infrastructure platforms on Cloud and Kubernetes, and improving the resilience, efficiency, and utilization of the platforms. He has hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, Kubernetes, and Observability, and has introduced and developed new features and tooling for Infra stack. Vaibhav's agility in people and processes, goal setting for team and individuals, and coaching and mentoring skills have helped him lead and shape team culture. He has also managed vendor relationships and evaluated and driven POCs with hands-on experience. Vaibhav's past experience includes working as an Engineering Manager, Infrastructure at Blinkit, where he managed regular team operations and communications with stakeholders, introduced and developed new features and tooling for Infra stack, and drove resilience engineering practices and tooling into the systems. He has also worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at Grofers, where he set up systems and practices for enabling developer operations, introduced and developed new features and tooling for Infra stack, and managed regular team operations and communications with stakeholders. Vaibhav holds a Master of Science (MS) in Telecommunications Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU. He has also completed his High School education from Chinmaya Vidyalaya. Vaibhav's tech stack includes DevOps, AWS, infra, SRE, Kubernetes, Web3, Senior Software Engineer, Python, Docker, Ansible, Web, CI/CD, and Jenkins. He is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
