Vaibhav Magon is an accomplished engineering leader, entrepreneur, and full-stack specialist with over a decade of experience in product development, management, large-scale architectural level designing, strategic planning, scaling consumer products, and distributed systems. He has a proven track record of shipping world-class products using first principles and building strong product and engineering teams in companies from scratch. Vaibhav's most memorable role was as the Founder & CEO at Askmonk, where he was involved in conceptualizing and heading all techno-product, fund-raising, and executive initiatives for the company. He has also worked at leadership positions for both B2B & B2C startups, including TradeIndia, Wooplr, and Goibibo, where his focus was on consumer empathy and performance across various scales. Apart from his professional achievements, Vaibhav is also a fitness enthusiast/coach, having lost ~33 kgs himself and since then helping people transform into healthier selves and lose weight. He is also an ultra-runner and has run over 15 marathons.
