Vaibhav Magon is a seasoned product engineering leader, entrepreneur, and full-stack specialist with more than 11 years of experience in hands-on tech, product development, management, large scale architectural level designing, strategic planning, scaling consumer products, and building distributed systems. He has end-to-end knowledge of product life-cycle, front-end, mobile, and middle-tier server-level languages, a wide spectrum of databases, machine learning ops, end-to-end data pipelines with added experience in cloud and high scale complex applications. Vaibhav has worked at leadership positions for both B2B & B2C startups such as Twin, TradeIndia, Wooplr, and Goibibo on their flagship products where his focus was on consumer empathy and performance both across 0 -> 100K, 100K -> 10M & 10M -> 100M+ scale. He has also founded Askmonk, where he was involved in conceptualizing and heading all techno-product, fund-raising, and executive initiatives for the company. Apart from his professional experience, Vaibhav is a fitness enthusiast/coach and an ultra runner who has run over 15 marathons. He is also a founding member at CheQ, where he is helping craft exceptional tech. CheQ is backed by Venture Highway, 3One4 capital, and other stellar VC's, and is reimagining credit management for millions of Indians. Vaibhav's tech stack includes NodeJs, Python, SQL & NoSql Db, Spark, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, BitBucket Pipelines, Terraform, Jenkins, AWS (Core), GCP, AliCloud, Airflow, Data pipelines, ETL, and Machine Learning. His relevant experience is 11.19 years, and he has worked with sectors such as Fin-tech, E-commerce, Health-tech, Travel-tech, and Consumer Internet. In his past roles, Vaibhav has been the Head of Engineering, India at Twin, where his team takes care of the B2C business and India engineering initiatives at Twin enabling the cutting edge Whole Body Digital Twin technology to the world. He has also been the VP of Engineering at TradeIndia, where he headed the product engineering for eB2B wing of TradeIndia, building B2B wholesale commerce for the retailer ecosystem and empowering distributors through productivity apps.
