Vaibhav Malik is a self-driven sophomore student at the Netaji Subhash University of Technology with a passion for computer programming and open-source technology. He is a dedicated software developer and open-source enthusiast, currently working as a Google Summer of Code participant at Inkscape. Vaibhav is working on his project, Font Selection Improvements, where he is debugging Inkscape and adding new features such as live on-canvas preview of fonts, favorite fonts, recently used fonts, and fonts used in a document. Prior to his current role, Vaibhav has gained experience as a Technical Content Writer Intern at JournalDev IT Services and as a Ninja Entrepreneur at Coding Ninjas. He has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NSIT, which he is expected to complete in 2024. Vaibhav has a good conceptual knowledge and understanding of computer programming, which he aims to further develop to expand his horizons. He is skilled in software engineering and has experience working with various tech stacks. Vaibhav is a quick learner and is always eager to take on new challenges.
