Vaibhav Pandey is a Software Engineering Leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and more than 11 years of experience in developing multiple large-scale internet products from scratch. He is passionate about problem-solving, building systems, and leading teams to deliver high-performance products. Currently, he is working as an Engineering Manager at Moneyview, where he is responsible for managing the engineering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Prior to joining Moneyview, Vaibhav worked as a Senior Tech Lead at RoofandFloor, where he designed and developed a highly scalable system to send transactional and marketing emails with features like user policy, email tracking, bounce, and complaint using Spring Boot, AWS SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, and Mongo. He also re-designed the rest API in a micro-service architecture, built a data pipeline using Snowplow to capture user behavior, and migrated the website from roofandfloor.com to roofandfloor.thehindu.com. Additionally, Vaibhav set up the AWS infrastructure in a much-secured and scalable manner and led a team of six engineers to create a world-class product. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, and he completed his schooling from Sri Guru Ram Rai Public School, Hardoi. He has expertise in Senior Software Engineering, AWS, Backend, Spring, MySQL, infra, Java, MongoDB, Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search, Microservices, DevOps, Search, Javascript, and Web.
