Vaibhav Saini is a Graduate Analyst (SDE) at Barclays with a passion for software development. He is a graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, where he earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering. Vaibhav is currently working as a Software Developer Intern at aiqahealth, where he is gaining valuable experience in the field of AI. Prior to his current role, Vaibhav was an Associate Member at the Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur, where he was responsible for planning and executing the Delhi chapter of Local Startups' Meet (LSM). He successfully raised sponsorship for the Delhi Chapter and fixed associations with top VC firms like Blume Ventures and Waterbridge Partners, media associations like Amar Ujala, and outreach partners. Vaibhav also led and governed a team of eight campus ambassadors and organized brainstorming sessions with startups and alumni relations. Before joining the Entrepreneurship Cell, Vaibhav worked as a Proctor at S S Children Academy, where he gained experience in managing and supervising students and staff. Vaibhav is well-versed in software engineering and AI and has a relevant experience of 1.87 years in the field. He is proficient in a wide range of tech stacks and is always eager to learn new technologies. With his strong academic background and experience, Vaibhav is well-positioned to make a significant contribution to any organization that he works for.
