Vaibhav Swarnkar is a skilled entrepreneur and solution architect with over 6 years of experience in the field of startup and corporate. He specializes in building internet-based products and has a strong background in team management, fund raising, and FinTech, Payments, and Consumer Internet. Currently, he works at Pine Labs as a Solutions Architect, where he is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Previously, Vaibhav worked at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Manager, where he was responsible for developing and managing feeds for different exchanges around the globe. He also introduced and created ETL pipelines on Talend ETL Tool to enable easy onboarding of the sources for the security feeds. He led an agile team, mentoring them through the product development lifecycle, and developed and managed migration of Hong Kong Exchange (HKEX) feeds to a cloud-ready, streaming application for trading and reporting. He also evolved and architected current apps for migration from on-premise to cloud. Vaibhav has also worked at Qfix Infocomm as a Technical Lead, where he led the only product development team in the company. He developed, delivered, and managed a product that has catered online transactions worth more than 5K Crores during his tenure. He architected applications for fast transactions and large data processing, introduced and trained the team to ReactJs and React Native frameworks, and migrated multiple applications from the old stack of Angular 1 to ReactJs. He also rebuilt the suite of mobile apps from Ionic to React Native, introduced, trained, and migrated all of the applications to the Google Cloud Platform, and implemented various cybersecurity controls. Vaibhav holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore and a Bachelor’s of Technology in Computer Science from NMIMS. He is proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Spring, Java, Javascript, Kubernetes, Docker, ReactJS, Spring Boot, ETL, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Mobile, Kafka, and DevOps.
