Vaibhav TM is a software engineer at Capgemini with a passion for automobiles. He is a mechanical engineer by education but has expanded his knowledge to include electronics involved in automobiles. Vaibhav has undergone an internship at ExpertsHub where he was introduced to the electronics involved in an automobile and is familiar with sensors, Arduino programming, and electric vehicle design. He is particularly interested in vehicle dynamics and power train engineering and is constantly learning from different sources. Vaibhav has worked on a major project on robotics where he developed a typing robot for testing the keys of a unique patented keyboard for a company named 'Ka-naada phonetics ltd'. The robot was developed to replace the time-consuming and tiresome manual testing of keys. He was taught 3D printing and laser cutting, which were used in the project. Vaibhav exhibited the same project at Bangalore TECH SUMMIT-2019 and 'MSME-IISc innovation day' at IISc, Bangalore. He also attended a National conference at Nagarjuna college, Chikkaballapura where their project was showcased. Prior to Capgemini, Vaibhav worked at Elite Techno Groups, where he was involved in the complete design and development of Formula5 electric car. He underwent chassis design, calculations involved (on braking, steering, etc.), and complete assembly along with pipe bending, cutting, grinding, welding operations. He also completed a one-month internship program at HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd) Aircraft division. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sai Vidya Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He is a software engineer with 2.36 years of relevant experience. Vaibhav is always hungry for knowledge and is constantly seeking to learn more, solve problems, and build new things.
