Vaibhav Tolia is a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, and product management. He started his career as an entrepreneur and successfully built Housing.com and Air Smart home, reaching countless consumers across digital, physical, and retail formats. Through this journey, he learned valuable lessons in leadership and built successful customer and people relationships. Currently, Vaibhav is the Dukaandar at dukaan®, where he specializes in leading teams in building high technology products utilizing AI, machine vision, and/or robotics to unlock higher levels of efficiency across supply chains for small to large enterprises. He leverages creative go-to-market and monetizing strategies like SAAS/RAAS to achieve this. Vaibhav's expertise lies in product management, product design and development, AI (RL) and machine vision, warehousing operations and automation, industrial and mobile robotics, and IOT and electronics. He has previously worked as the Group Product Manager at GreyOrange and Co-Founder and CEO at Leaf Technologies, where he recruited, mentored, and led cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and software developers to bring to market a simple yet powerful smart home device to control, monitor, and secure all the home appliances in the house. Vaibhav is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he earned his Bachelor of Technology degree. He is also a product manager, product designer, and mobile expert and has a strong tech stack that includes AI. His relevant experience spans over 8.86 years.
