Vaibhav Tulsyan is a Software Engineer at Google, working with the Program Analysis organization to build foundational Machine Learning models for Code Generation. He has a keen interest in automatic understanding, repair, and generation of programs as well as natural languages. With over 7 years of relevant experience, Vaibhav has previously worked on the Google Docs AI team to build grammar error corrections, auto-completions, and other NLP features. He has also worked as a Machine Learning and Platform backend engineer at Harness, and as a Product + Engineering professional at CodeNation. Vaibhav is skilled in leading research and engineering teams to start from fuzzy problems and build full-fledged products. He excels in finding valuable problems to solve for enterprise businesses and has expertise in Static Analysis of Programs, Formal Verification, Machine Learning, and Gamification Strategies. He is also proficient in designing scalable, containerized, micro-service architecture systems. Vaibhav has mentored GSOC students on a Python compiler called Nuitka that compiles Python modules into a C binary with optimizations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, and has completed his Higher Secondary School from Sathaye College. He has also attended Gokuldham High School and Yashodham High School for his primary education.
