Vaibhav Verma is a highly creative and innovative Product Designer at Cars24 with a passion for business. With a strong belief that creativity is everywhere, he strives to be a great ideator always ready with a cone in his hand. Vaibhav understands the importance of presenting views draped with knowledge and information to increase credibility and impact in decision-making discussions. Currently working at Cars24, Vaibhav is responsible for making the User Experience of the Internal Inspection App for the Seller Vertical of the Indian Unit. He is working to improve the TAT, NPS, and SUS of the Inspection App and has conducted extensive research to understand the users and business goals. Vaibhav also assists other verticals of the seller side like customer-facing and dealer-facing products to enhance the overall experience of the stakeholder and particularly the customer. Prior to his current role, Vaibhav worked as an Associate Product Designer at McKinley & Rice, where he performed various research and testing methods to deliver a robust end product. He also exercised feature analysis of new features to test the potential and calculate estimated RoI of the feature. As a Graduate Design Trainee at McKinley & Rice, Vaibhav worked on various aspects of design ranging from Graphic to UX Design. He worked alongside other Designers, Developers, and Managers to deliver product design of In-House Products CareerChat and Rexpert. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. He is a highly skilled designer with expertise in product design, research science, testing, and UI. With 3.62 years of relevant experience, Vaibhav is an asset to any organization he works with.
